REGISTRATION FEES

County registrar	$20.00 per team to Registrar in cash
Independent team	$15.50 per player to DYSA
Risk Management	$5.00 per adult to DYSA
Tournament Player Pass This pass will be issued for non-carded players for tournament use only	$25.00 per player
DE player playing out of state (Export player)	$25.00 per player to DYSA
Secondary Player (DE resident)	$10.00 per player ($5.00 to DYSA and $5.00 cash to Registrar)
Secondary Player (non-resident)	$50.00 per player ($25.00 to DYSA and $25.00 cash to Registrar)
Player transfer	$10.00 per player ($5.00 to DYSA and $5.00 cash to registrar)
Replacement of lost player pass	$10.00 per player ($5.00 to DYSA and $5.00 cash to registrar)
Replacement of lost team player passes	$50.00 per team ($25.00 to DYSA and $25.00 cash to registrar)
Permission to Host (Club fee)	$25.00 per tournament to DYSA

All paperwork and fees are due to a registrar the Wednesday before player pass is needed.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Late requests will be subject to a fine determined by the individual registrar.

ALL FEES TO REGISTRARS MUST BE PAID IN CASH
